PLOT:
A man trapped inside of a television station deep in No Man's Land continues putting on a show from inside the studio about the harsh conditions in the condemned Gotham City. Thanks to some Bat-protection over the television studio and some handy work from Oracle, the man's signal is televised across the country. Thanks to television, the entire nation gets a glimpse of the maddening life inside of Gotham.

PLOT:

One of Bruce Wayne's former acquaintances stumbles upon Batman's true identity and tries to sell it to Two-Face who ends up executing the man and tossing his body out.
