PLOT:
Having discovered that one of the students under his control is the son of Paul Herold, the first man he ever killed, Scarecrow decides to use him as a special part of his diabolical plan. At the stroke of ten, others of Scarecrow's thralls release fear toxins into crowded areas and the Scarecrow sets himself up as Gotham's God of Fear. Anarky encounters one of the thralls and after learning something of Scarecrow's plans, he thinks he can see a way to destory both Batman and the villain in one fell swoop.
