PLOT:
A shipment of soap leaves the Mendo Soap factory headed for Gotham City. Along the way the driver spots a car on it's roof and the driver laying in the middle of the road. The concerned truck driver gets out and checks on the man who turns out to be a member of the cult and pistol whips the driver. A second identical Mendo Soap truck pulls up driven by a cult-member and heads into Gotham City in the place of its twin. After deliveries are made they stage an accident and drive the truck and its driver off of a cliff.

At the local Gotham Animal Shelter, Beth and Rachel are picking out a new cat to give to Simon.

The soap is delivered to the stores around Gotham and although the delivery guy gives the store patrons the creeps he is giving out free samples and people are more than happy to take him up on the offer.

Meanwhile Simon has found himself at the place he was "born." He remembers his creation. Brought into existence by science and brought to life by dark magic, Simon is reliving his birth when he peels open a hidden compartment in the floor and takes out a strange brown book. Suddenly men in hoods with guns burst in on him.

Apparently sent by the mayor, the men intend to kill Simon but he of course turns the tables. He allows one to live just so that he can return to his boss and tell them that Simon has the book now and he knows what they're up to. Simon promises to visit the man's boss very soon.

All across Gotham, people are getting into their evening showers but unbeknownst to them, their new Mendo soap contains an extra evil ingredient. Deep within the pours of the soap are tiny demonic creatures with sharp jagged teeth and beady red eyes ready to dig into the flesh of whoever uses the soap.
