PLOT:
While fighting to reclaim a part of Gotham from the Red Devils that he had already previously won, Batman realizes that after three months in No Man's Land no one knows to fear him anymore. He decides that he must make his prescence known to the criminal
public of Gotham once more by taking part in an underground fight club being run by the Penguin. Willing Gotham into the hands of Batgirl should he die, he arrives just in time to challenge Penguin's gigantic champion, Dozer.
Elsewhere in the city, Gordon is facing more and more casualties as the GCPD attempt to win back Gotham one block at a time. While laying another officer to rest in the morgue he is accosted by a stranger lurking in the shadows who offers him a partnership he might not be able to turn down.
