PLOT:
Batman discovers a group of former Black Mask-ers raiding the morgue at the Gotham PD for the used bullets inside the dead bodies. He lets one of them go and gives Huntress orders
to not attack him. Batman has a plan for him.
Meanwhile the Huntress is protecting the area around Father Christian's Ark Project Refugee Center when she finds that one of the refugees under Father Christian's protection is none other than the Scarecrow!
Fathers Christian and Papaleo beg Huntress to give him the sanctuary and forgiveness she herself once sought from them. Can the master of fear be trusted?
