PLOT:
Scarecrow explains to the group how he used a fear gas pellet he had hidden in his mouth to escape from the Suicide Squad after being apprehended at the Iceberg Lounge. After initially suspecting Scarecrow of being a rat himself, they decide he is telling the truth. Scarface begins formulating a plan to attack the Iceberg Lounge head-on and disregards any of Scarecrow's advice telling them how unwise that would be.

Bruce Wayne is asleep in his cell in Blackgate Prison when he senses someone standing over him. He awakes to find none other than Zsasz hovering over him, knife in hand! After suffering a minor flesh wound to the side, Bruce finds himself having to face one of his deadliest foes one handed! Bruce somehow ends up getting the upper hand and neutralizes the threat but not before passing out from blood loss.

Tobias Whale has a sit-down with Penguin where he makes his intentions known. Whale wants the Gotham criminal scene for his own and he makes it very clear that he is willing to go through Penguin to get it.

Outside, Scarface, Firefly, Lockdown and Killer Moth go through with their attack on the Iceberg Lounge. But instead of getting the Penguin they find themselves face to face with a group of new-faces wearing the old gear of the Rogues!

With Bruce missing in action, Tim turns to the Oracle for any information she has on the new player in town, Tobias Whale. It turns out that Tobias Whale was forced out of Metropolis by a new up and coming mobster named Johnny Denetto who now goes by the name of "Johnny Stitches." Suddenly the sound detection alarms go off and an invisible assailant begins attacking Tim and Barbara! Wildcat shows up just in time to take out the invisible attacker with a punch to the jaw. The intruder's cloaking device short circuits and the heroes find themselves staring at none other than the Spoiler!
