Following the death and burial of Capo Siegel, Batman (as Matches Malone) buys information from his widow and uses it to
make a move against the leader-less mobsters alongside Orpheus.
Meanwhile, a burning ship full of dead Santa Priscan immigrants arrive at the docs in
Blüdhaven. Tarantula goes looking for answers and finds that apparently all were dead and rotting after only four days out at the sea. Later,
Catalina would come across a man made entire out of roaches and begins to suspect that perhaps the old urban legend of the Mugre is actually true!
After warning Commissioner Atkins to stay out of the Hill area (where the rotted bodies had been found), Batman goes investigating and bumps into Tarantula.
