PLOT:
After coming face to face with the Mugre itself, Batman begins to believe the old urban legend as well. He throws himself and Catalina into the beast to keep others from being exposed to it. He and Catalina come out of the sewers
and he orders Tarantula to lay low as not to expose anyone else to it.
After doing some research, Batman discovers that the cure is somehow related to the roaches. He concocts a cure and doses Tarantula and then immediately orders her to leave town.
After the antidote is handed over to Atkins, Orpheus finds the City Sanitation Inspector dead with a bullet through his skull.
