PLOT:
Professor Higgins has designed an element-converter, but his assistant, John Dolan, is accidentally exposed to it. The exposure causes his body to change into different elements. The professor makes a control belt for him, but the power warps Dolan’s mind causing him to become a criminal.

While the professor works on a cure, Batman and Robin try to stop Dolan and his newly recruited gang. They lure Dolan to a location where the professor has built a machine to cure him. It doesn’t work, and Batman is exposed to the machine as well.

Fearing Batman will become a criminal as well, he is locked up. He escapes and teams up with Dolan, but then leads his partner into a trap which removes the powers from both of them. Without the power, Dolan’s mind is restored to normal.

PLOT:
A pirate foe of Aquaman, Harry Black, uses robot fish to attack a cargo vessel. When Aquaman arrives, his fish friends are no match for the robots. Aquaman distracts Black while his electric eels disable the controls of the robots, which enables Black to be defeated.

TITLE: The Martian Weakling

PLOT:
J’onn J’onzz trails three bandits into a cave during a thunderstorm. Somehow a thunderbolt strikes, propelling them into another dimension. In the new dimension, the bandits have super powers, and J’onn is powerless.

While trying to eliminate the Manhunter, the crooks are attacked by some alien animals. J’onn realizes his powers are gone because of some fire plants, which are weakening him, so he lures the animal into trampling the plants. When his powers return, he uses his fists to make a thunderclap which sends himself and the crooks back to their rightful dimension.
