PLOT:
Professor Nichols alerts Batman to some paintings he has found in Egypt which depict Batman fighting two monsters. When the monsters appear mysteriously and are defeated by Batman as the paintings predicted, Batman and Robin travel into the past to investigate.

Batman is captured immediately by some aliens who reveal they sent the creatures into the future as a test. The aliens plan to invade and conquer the ancient Egyptians. Robin helps Batman escape in time to warn the pharaoh of the scheme.

Batman learns the aliens are unable to see the color red and exploits their weakness. He and Robin use berries to color themselves red, and also use red weapons against the invaders. Unable to see the true nature of the counterattack, the aliens flee the planet in fear. The Dynamic Duo returns to the future to explain the story behind the paintings.

PLOT:
The Martian Manhunter prevents officer Danny Jensen from capturing several crooks by taking in the criminals himself. Jensen will win a trip to Europe with his next capture, so everyone is angry with J’onn for stealing Jensen’s glory. J’onn continues to follow Jensen until he is led to some crooks which are working with the officer. J’onn bursts in and captures the crooks, forcing them to reveal the location of the real Danny Jensen. A crook, Biff Stearns, had replaced Jensen in order to smuggle some loot to Europe on the prize trip. J’onn was alerted to the scheme and stopped the crook from getting away with it. The real Jensen is freed and awarded his prize for helping capture Stearns.

TITLE: The Curse of the Sea Hermit

PLOT:
Aquaman and Aqualad come across a boat that is off-course. When they approach they are warned away by the captain of the vessel who claims that he is cursed. A sea plane also approaches and is damaged when it nears the boat.

Not fearing the curse, Aquaman approaches and is caught in a maelstrom. It subsides as Aquaman swims away. Later that night Aquaman returns with Aqualad and approach the boat from below. The water begins to boil around them causing them to flee.

Aqualad is convinced of the curse, but Aquaman is not. He orders swordfish to cut the hull of the boat. As Aquaman enters, he discovers some pirates. The captain explains that they are a pirate gang trying to evade capture by keeping people away using special machinery. Aquaman captures them, proving the curse phony.
