PLOT:
Batman and Robin chase a criminal, Rockets Rogan into a laboratory, and Batman is exposed to an experimental gas. The gas causes Batman to grow to huge size. He pursues the crooks as a giant, but his size makes it difficult. Eventually, the gas wears off, and he returns to normal. Superman has substituted as Bruce Wayne while Batman was unable to resume his own identity.

PLOT:
Detective John Jones helps to found a club designed to get jobs for ex-cons. The club is threatened when the members are framed for new crimes. Jones disbands the club, and the ex-cons are recruited by Biff Benson’s gang. Jones learns that Benson is behind the frame-up and gets help from the ex-cons in stopping Benson. The club is exonerated.
