Superboy (Young Justice)

A clone of Superman created by Project Cadmus to either replace Superman if he dies, or defeat him if he ever went rogue. He was kept in containment and under telepathic control for 16 months until he was discovered and liberated by Robin, Kid Flash, and Aqualad. He subsequently joins them and forms Young Justice. He is exceedingly self confident but also quick tempered, possibly due to his lack of experience in the outside world. 

• Super Strength: Like Superman, Superboy posseses strength far beyond that of any average human.
• Superhuman Speed: While not as fast as Flash or Superman, Superboy is much faster than a human being.
• Super Leap: Even though he is Superman’s clone, Superboy is not yet capable of flight. However, he can use his super strength to leap over great distances
• Super vision: Superboy has telescopic vision, allowing him to see over large distances, as well being capable of seeing infared and thermal wavelengths. He is apparently incapable of heatvision.
• Super Hearing: Superboy can hear over a great distances.

•  Solar Suit: While at Project Cadmus, Superboy wore a suit that mimicked Solar radiation, allowing him to power up underground with no exposure to the sun. However, the suit was destroyed in Superboy’s breakout from Cadmus.
