PLOT:
Bruce Wayne may claim to be an honest business man but he's cavorting with the likes of Nino Angelo, a murderer and a child rapist and that's enough to damn him in Helena's eyes. Unfortunately, Helena bursting in and
breaking up Bruce's meeting with Nino means that Batman won't have enough on tape to hang Angelo in court! Sensing Bruce is in danger, Batgirl swings into action only to be bested by Helena in combat before she makes her escape. Bruce decides that he needs
to get some more intel on this mysterious new cape in Gotham City.
Later on, Helena sneaks into Nino Angelo's study in order to force him to admit to his intentions with Wayne and the arranged marriage between his son and the Mayor's daughter. But before Nino can talk, Omerta, the hitman responsible
for the Bertinelli murders arrives and puts a bullet in Nino's skull before taking off into the night. Nino's son Tony rushes in at the most in-opportune time finding only the Huntress behind with his father's corpse. Given that Tony was never
aware of just how dastardly a fellow his father was, seeing Nino's corpse sends Tony into a blind rage. He blames Huntress for his father's death and vows revenge. Even though Huntress is able to escape the study, Tony returns to his sham marriage, ordering his blonde
haired wife to dye her hair black. He seems to be intent on assuming his father's business like was intended for him long ago.
Running away from the Angelo compound, Huntress is finally confronted by Gotham's guardian Batman. Even though she most
definitely cannot out-fight Batman, the brief tussle between the two is enough to tell Bruce that whoever is behind the
Huntress mask is a trained Sicilian fighter. Before Batman can bring her in, the morally gray Catwoman arrives and aids Huntress in her escape. Later, on the rooftops above Gotham, the two strangers compare notes. Catwoman is in love with Batman the man intent on
bringing her to jail and Huntress is in love with the newest Don of Gotham who blames her for his father's death.
After imparting some wisdom regarding Batman, Catwoman takes off leaving Helena alone. She decides to take the opportunity to try and see what information she can gleam from the other half of the arranged Angelo marriage - the Mayor of Gotham. Breaking
into his office she finds something truly shocking - a speech prepared which the Mayor plans on delivering sometime in the near future. It makes reference to a catastrophic levee failure which would kill
many Gothamites.
