The J.T. (as they're called) arrive and after a brief scuffle are eventually convinced that the two unknowns are fighting on their side. Having been determined non-hostile, Superman and Batman go back with the Titans to their Hall/Tower where the team introduces itself. But the pleasantries are quickly put aside when an alarm sounds throughout the Tower! Doomstroke, the evil creature that killed both the Teen Legion and the Infinity Society during it's rampage through Metro City, has attacked S.T.A.Rkham!

The heroes race to S.T.A.Rkham and take on the monster but are forced to fall into a retreat when the beast destroys Terranado. As the Titans head back to the lab with what's left of their friend, Batman retrieves a sample of Doomstroke in hopes of being able to determine the makeup of this strange world. Meanwhile, the monster reports back to its boss - Lex Joker!
