PLOT:
Since Gotham became a No Man's Land, Poison Ivy has maintained control of Robinson Park, turning it into a botanical Eden and safe haven for children. But now Clayface has invaded the park and threatens to destroy Ivy's paradise.
In the meantime, Clayface has been selling the produce from Ivy's garden for a hefty price deposited into his secret bank account. Batman finds this out from Penguin and then sets out to retrieve something from a Batcave he had built inside the park.
During the month Batman was missing, he was having several Bat-Caves set up across Gotham. Now Batman and Robin need to retrieve something hidden deep beneath the park that could be the key to ending Gotham's time as a "No Man's Land." While on their way through the hidden cave, they find Ivy
encased in a thick wall of clay and dying slowly.
Elsewhere in the city, a rift occurs amongst Gordon's police department. After one of Black Mask's gang members is executed by Billy Petit, the police split up into factions - Gordon's peaceful warriors for lawfulness and the militant murderous soldiers of Petit's.
