PLOT:
The albatross that flew over Blackgate prison has taken up residence near a dockside restaurant. Obsessed, Scarface plans to force the ventriloquist to kill it. The Penguin, interested in the bird, comes to the restaurant to view it. The Batman confronts the Killer Killer as the Penguin is about to be shot. Killer Killer is actually one of the
Penguin's men who wants to kill the Penguin and take over. The Vigilante pose was designed to throw suspicion away from him. The Batman struggles with the killer. He is
distracted by Scarface and company who are about to kill an old man, who is trying to save the bird. The Batman defeats the Killer and considers using the Killers rifle to shoot the Ventriloquist. Instead he throws a batarang at Scarface. The dummy falls into the river and the Ventriloquist follows him. The Batman captures Rhino and Killer Killer.
