PLOT:
Arnold Wesker (The Ventriloquist), is tormented by dreams of Scarface while in Blackgate prison. He is upset when an Albatross flies over. The bird has been a sign of impending disaster for him. A guard in Wesker's cell is shot from a rooftop across the courtyard. On his own in Gotham, Rhino has been unable to learn ventriloquism to make Scarface talk. When Rhino is confronted by three vengeful hoods, he is finally able to make Scarface speak. Back in prison, the authorities believe that the
guard's death was actually a mistake. A vigilante known as "Killer Killer" was actually trying to kill Wesker. After disposing of the hoods, Rhino and Scarface make a deal with The Penguin to break The Ventriloquist from jail. The Batman follows the trail of the Killer Killer. Wesker is freed by the
Penguin's men and reluctantly takes Scarface in hand.
