PLOT:
The Misfits - Chancer, Cat-Man, Calendar Man and Killer Moth - kidnap three of Gotham's most high-profile citizens - Bruce Wayne, James Gordon and Mayor Armand Krol. They demand five million dollars, or all three will die at nine o'clock. Robin begins the investigation and soon encounters Nimrod, who is wanted for a murder in Texas. As the villains leave to collect their ransom, Killer Moth ensures that their prisoners will die whether they get the money or not.
