PLOT:
Spoiler sympathizes with Robin over his change of circumstances before (as Tim) he bids farewell to his friends at Brentwood Academy. He, his father and his stepmother move in to a new
apartment in a less upper-class area of the city - his father finds it particularly difficult to adjust. Later, as Robin, he investigates one of the areas of town that hasn't yet been rebuilt following the earthquake and discovers a man sleeping in a car with one of Batman's tracers on his arm. He decides to hang around and see what's going on, but Batman sneaks up on him from behind and knocks him out with a sedative gas. The last thing he hears before lapsing into unconsciousness is Batman referring to the man as Herschel, who seems very scared of him.
