PLOT:
When the bodies of several members of Angel Marin's gang turn up dead in Gotham, having floated in from
Blüdhaven, Batman sends Nightwing to investigate. His starts out by taking a closer look at the possible suspects, beginning with Freddy Mihn, the alleged
vice lord of the Asian Mobs. As he arrives at Freddy Mihn, he finds that Mihn is being hit by the Black Mask's gang. Nightwing takes up pursuit of the masked villains, but ends up being thrown into the bay attached to a refrigerator. He manages to get free and swim back ashore. Then he goes to the police where he ends up being cuffed by Chief Redhorn who
seems unhappy that his city now has a vigilante of its own.
