PLOT:
An Asian general named Tsu made a move to take over control of the heroine trade to the Western world. Word got back to Sir Edmond Dorrance (King Snake). Batman and Robin looked for leads. The Ghost Dragons tried to oust King Snake - Lynx had them attack him. Tsu hired the Silver Monkey to kill Dorrance.
