PLOT:
Batman questioned the man he'd captured during the previous robbery; Black Mask made a move in the mob scene by taking out a rival; Penguin planned a daylight robbery. Batman used his source to take down the plot, but was unable to pin anything on Penguin due to his logician taking full responsibility. Bullock recovered from his run-in with the KGBeast and was released from the hospital.
