PLOT:
Commissioner Gordon called in Batman and Robin to the second massive electrocution in as many nights. A third victim was soon found, but with a different M.O. The first two were victims of a failed death-row execution. Elmo "Buzz" Galvan was after the men who watched his execution. The third was victim of the third man to call himself the Electrocutioner. Batman went after Galvan, but was taken out by the Electrocutioner.
