PLOT:
Looker told Batman about a female Clayface that the Outsiders once battled. She had the ability to take on the appearance and powers of others. #'s 3 and 4 robbed a bank, 4 posing as the Batman (who was with Gordon while it happened). Batman swooped down on them when they tried to knock over a casino.
