PLOT:
Criminal scientist Hal Durgin has designed a camera which can breaks down the atomic structure of the object focused on and stores it inside the camera. Durgin uses the device to capture and rob a bank. Batman and Robin try to stop the crook and his gang, but Batman is affected by the camera.
Batman finds himself transformed into a black and white negative. Light weakens him and doctors are unable to locate a cure. Batman is able to plant a trap for Durgin, and the camera restores the Caped Crusader to normal. Finally, Durgin and his gang are captured.
