PLOT:
Batman and Robin chase down a new costumed criminal, Dr. X. When they find him, a phantom double with amazing powers appears and begins battling the heroes. The double disappears at the last moment, and Batman takes the doctor to jail.

In prison, Dr. Double X appears again and breaks Dr. X out. They lure Batman and Robin into a trap and try to perform an experiment on Batman. A phantom double of Batman appears and tries to act evil. However, the double is the real Batman, the captured one is merely a robot. The trick helps to allow Batman to stop Dr. X and take him back to prison.

TITLE: The Midget Manhunter

PLOT:
Several large objects have disppeared recently, including a bank, a ocean liner, and an airplane. Detective John Jones investigates as the Martian Manhunter. Jones spots a suspicious character in a local museum after closing. The man shrinks the paintings to miniature size and takes them. Jones follows him to his hide-out where he finds the other missing objects.

Jones confronts the criminal, only to be shrunk by the shrink ray. The tiny martian is chased by the criminal. He manages to avoid getting caught and reaches the reverse ray which restores him to normal. Jones shrinks the villains and delivers him to police headquarters with the stolen loot.
