During one of their encounters Mirror Man learns the secret identity of Batman. However, Batman defuses the situation by printing a newspaper article debunking the theory of Batman being Bruce Wayne before Mirror Man can reveal his newfound knowledge. To prove his claim Mirror Man once again tries to learn Batman’s secret identity, but Batman traps the crook and by lining his cowl with mirrors, protects his secret.
