PLOT:
Obsessed puppeteer Jonathan Bard sabotages an opponent's puppets during a show for the Gotham Art Festival. Bard is kicked out of the competition by the judges, so he vows revenge. Using giant puppets Bard turns to crime. Batman and Robin try to stop the crook, but Robin is taken prisoner. Batman is forced to surrender to save Robin. Both are then turned into human puppets. Batman manages to escape and uses Bard's own puppets to defeat him.
