PLOT:
Karate Kid and Una are breaking into Oracle's office looking for her assistance. They encounter many security blocks along the way but finally find her. She is dealing with a security breach as someone is trying to access her database of heroes' identities.

The Penguin has called in the Suicide Squad to pick up Trickster and Pied Piper who are still hiding in his cellar. The Squad chases them through Penguin's restaurant and outside. Piper uses his flute to make themselves invisible to the Squad who run past them. They are found in the alley by the Question and Batwoman.

Jason Todd, Donna Troy, Atom and Bob the Monitor are travelling through subquantum space looking for Ray Palmer.

Jimmy Olsen is patrolling the streets as Mr. Action. He catches a purse snatcher and receives a kiss from the purse's owner as a reward. He is considering joining a team and thinks the Teen Titans would be a good fit for him.

Holly Robinson has a meeting with Athena to discuss the shelter's policies in regard to who they accept. Athena tries to convince her that their resources are best used for women without the burden of families.

NOTE:
Two page end of issue story entitled, "History of the Multiverse, Chapter 11".

In this story, the Monitors discuss how the 52 Earths are separated by a Source Wall, and how travel between Earths can be accomplished through The Bleed. The Bleed exists in the anti-life which allows access between universes. The Monitors have access to Forerunner and shadow demons to keep people from crossing universes. The Monitors debate over whether these measures should be used.
