It turns out that Kate Spencer has been actually working on a case for her boss Mr. Bones at the DEO. Desanada Prison has been the front for a rogue cell within the DEO which has been capturing un-catalogued metas and selling them on the black
market to different countries. But human tracking is the only dirty deed the boys at Desanada are guilty of. It would also seem as though Tabby Brennan's drug charges were merely a convenient excuse to mask the
fact that she had actually been kidnapped in an attempt to keep her late father from turning state's evidence. When Huntress and the others find Tabby she is covered in blood after having shot her two
captors in the head. But despite the shocked and stunned act, those weren't the first shots Tabby Brennan had fired today - Huntress deduces that the cold blooded heiress to the mafia throne had also killed her own father as revenge for letting
her be kidnapped.
Oracle may have considered throwing in the towel once her friend Dinah left the fold but it certainly does take a special kind of team to pull off the liberation of an illegal
foreign prison. Perhaps too special. Spy Smasher moves in for the kill, phoning up her old college friend Barbara Gordon and threatening to expose her - not to the press but to her
father. Katarina doesn't want the Birds shut down though. She wants them for herself - a condition which Barbara is forced to accept!
