PLOT:
In the midst of a law enforcement summit in Gotham, a detective from Scotland Yard is killed. A security camera caught the murder, revealing the killer to be the Wrath. Commissioner Gordon informs Batman, who believes this is a copycat killer; the Wrath is dead. At the Thompkins Community Center and Free Clinic, Batman pays a visit to Grayle Hudson to learn if she knows how her boyfriend faked his death.
At the Batcave, Nightwing stops by for a visit after he learns of the cops’ death. He wants to help, but Batman tells him no. Elsewhere, the Wrath pays a visit to Grayle. At the law enforcement summit, the Wrath attacks and shoots another cop, this time, however, it is Batman in disguise.
