PLOT:
In his quest to produce the greatest mask of all (the one which cannot be seen) - Black Mask may have just created an unstoppable nemesis. Reduced to a state of raving lunacy, the now invisible Dr. Glass begins demanding an increased fee and spends his time running about town creating havoc everywhere he goes. But the invisible man has a plan of his own and that involves meeting with his mysterious benefactor face to face. After killing Gerald Moss, Glass arrives at Black Mask's doorstep with his other "handler" Homolka at gunpoint leaving Roman with no other choice than to deal with whatever terms Nigel dictates.

Meanwhile, Batman is busy trying to track down Gerald Moss since at the moment Moss is his only lead. Unfortunately, just as Black Mask had ordered, Moss had already dropped off the map completely. Both his bank account and his apartment were both emptied and no one seems to know exactly where he went. So, using his Matches Malone disguise, Bruce begins questioning cab drivers who may have picked Gerald up on his way out of town.

Turns out, Gerald didn't leave Gotham completely, he just moved uptown. Batman breaks into the leasing office of the building where Gerald Moss was dropped off at and finds that Moss not only rented an apartment but a loft in the Hub District as well. There in the Hub District Batman discovers Nigel Glass's trashed laboratory and the body of Gerald Moss. His only suspect dead, Batman is once again back at square one in search of the invisible meat-man.
