PLOT:
In the wake of Two-Face's capture, Batman and Robin must work to clean up the mess made of the Gotham legal system. The first step is to recapture three of the worst escaped convicts from Blackgate Prison. All three of these criminals are found in Gotham's notorious "War Zone" section of town.
Taking each of the criminals down on his own, Dick begins to feel overwhelmed by the mantle of Batman, knowing that he does not have what it takes to be the one-man war on crime that his mentor is.
