Batman and Robin visit Alaska where 49 diamonds have been stolen from their friend Chalmers. Batman tracks down the Brady brothers who each have 16 stars. Batman realizes that the security guard Atkins has stolen the final star and was partly responsible for the theft.

Batman and Robin patrol the bay and see a signal made by watchman Dan Grady, alerting them to trouble. The signal was made by the Batman Lighthouse in the bay. Later, Batman stops some foreign agents and also captures a gang boss near the lighthouse.

PLOT:
Firefly robs a party at which Bruce Wayne, Dick Grayson, and Kathy Kane are guests. The crook gets away, but Kathy sees the host, Ted Carson, slip away prior to Batman appearing on the scene. She suspects Ted is Batman, but when she confront him, she learns he is really the Firefly. Batman and Robin predict where Firefly will strike next, and Kathy shows up as Batwoman to stop the crook.
