PLOT:
While experimenting with an ice gun, a criminal scientist falls victim to a lab accident. As a result he can only breathe at freezing temperatures. The scientist designs a special suit to keep the air around him cold, then he uses the ice gun to commit crimes as Mr. Zero.
Batman and Robin track down Mr. Zero after several unsuccessful encounters. However, upon finding Mr. Zero's hide-out, the Dynamic Duo is captured and frozen inside blocks of ice. Batman manages to tilt his block, breaking a steam pipe. The steam releases him from the ice block and allows him to capture Mr. Zero. Somehow the steam has also cured, the villain's strange affliction.
