PLOT:
The Joker has survived his fall into the ocean and starts a new gang based on the circus. The gang performs for rich families to case the victims’ houses. Batman makes the connection with a string of robberies and arrives at another performance of the crime circus. Joker escapes back to his hide-out, but Batman follows him there. Batman escapes a trap, then throws the Joker down a long shaft to his apparent death.

TITLE: Blackbeard’s Crew and the Yacht Society

PLOT:
Members of a yacht club are hijacked at sea by a pirate ship. The passengers manage to send a message about the attack, but only Batman takes it seriously. The Dynamic Duo board the yacht and battle the pirate gang, enlisting the aid of some of the passengers. After the pirates are defeated, the leader of the gang, who was disguised as Blackbeard, is revealed to be Thatch, a notorious gangster. He had intended to hold the passengers for ransom.

TITLE: Public Enemy No. 1 Starts Jail Sentence

PLOT:
Jimmy McCoy was a young boy sent to a reformatory when he got caught for delivering alcohol during prohibition. When he got released, he joined a mob and became an overlord of the underworld. He later was convicted of tax evasion and sent to prison for ten years.

Upon his release, the current mob boss, Big Costello tries to kill Jimmy. Batman tries to stop the gang war, but it continues until Jimmy is gunned down by Costello, finally ending his tragic life.

TITLE: Touchdown for Justice

PLOT:
Batman learns of a plot to fix a football gang by a notorious gambler, Stacy. The crooks suspect Batman is really Bruce Wayne and try to trick him, but the Batman uses tricks of his own to convince them otherwise.

Meanwhile the crooks have kidnapped the quarterback of one of the teams, so Batman disguises himself as the missing man. Robin trails the crooks to their hide-out and rescues the quarterback, Stockton. Batman has replaced Stockton in the game, but when the real Stockton arrives he takes over and finishes the game.

NOTE:
Batman uses a gun in this story. Also, a secret entrance to Wayne Manor is located under an old barn in front of the Manor.
