PLOT:
Melancholy Mike, Willie the Wag, and Ralph the Rook dream of a way to decoy Batman away from their crimes. They make a bet with Penguin, so the Fowl Felon draws attention away from them. Their first crime succeeds since it coincides with the Penguin's. When they strike again, Batman and Robin split up. Batman tracks down Penguin, but Robin is defeated by the trio of thugs.
Penguin escapes from Batman and deduces that he was double-crossed. He sets his own trap for the trio, sending Batman to stop them. Meanwhile Robin escapes from captivity and defeats the Penguin by himself.

PLOT:
A gang known as the Looters strike around the country whenever natural disasters strike. When they learn that Professor Dorry Leaf has created a machine that can predict earthquakes, the leader of the Looters, the Jackal, takes advantage. Batman follows up on a lead to Professor Leaf in Coast City and is captured by the Looters. Leaf's machine predicts an earthquake will soon strike the city. Batman is able to escape and stop the Looters from robbing the town during the disaster. Leaf is able to overcome his own fear of earthquakes to help.

PLOT:
Batman hires three discouraged men to play Santa Claus for children. One of the men is James Jocelyn, a wealthy man recently escaped from an asylum. His greedy relatives had him declared insane and committed him. When the relatives learn about Jocelyn's escape, they track him down. Unsure of which Santa is their target, they kidnap all three. Batman and Robin try to stop them from killing Jocelyn. Another one of the Santa's tricks the crooks with an acting performance. The would-be killers are then captured by Batman. All three Santa's have their spirits brightened by helping others.
