Batgirl called Oracle for backup against Penguin's men, Robin was sent in to help her. Afterwards, they went to the Clocktower with tone of the guns that was used against them. It was a special ops gun, only 5 were in existence. With Batgirl and Robin on his trail, one of the men gave his gun to his daughter to deliver. They recovered the gun and saved the little girl. Penguin was taken down.
