PLOT:
When Azrael entered Nick Scratch's dressing room, he found Senator Halivan dead at the rock star's feet. Scratch screamed for help and framed Azrael for the senator's murder. He chased the vigilante across the stage so that it would surely be filmed. Batman met Jean Paul in his hotel room and told him to burn his outfit - Azrael was to be no more.
