Toy Fair was held this weekend, and we're finally seeing some pics of what we can expect to see this year.
These pics are thanks to SuperHero Times!

I gotta be honest.. while the new figures excite me, I'm dissapointed that there wasn't more. Granted, we'll see more as the year continues.. but with JLU ending, how much longer will the line survive?

Yeah, good question. What I'm ponder is, how will these be packaged? The three-packs have their share of downsides; namely no accessories, and the basic characters that everyone already has. Some of the single packs are also hard to get a hold of though, and pricey in given areas. This is bothers me more than about anything.
Huntress looks good, so does Demon. Hopefully I can get some of these without buying extra crap, or paying unnessesary amounts.

Okay I need to get Shayera, The Ray, Vigilante, and of course, Huntress. I don't exactly like Huntress' outfit though. I like her new one better. Oh well, Huntress is Huntress.

Huntress, Batlash, Etrigan and Professor Zoom all look great. The Ray looks a bit crappy though. His jacket looks painted on. Considering the wide variety here, I doubt Mattel would have minded making one extra mould for The Ray?

Pretty good looking figures, The Huntress would be a cool figure to have, along with Vigilante.

I checked DC Direct's website and these figures aren't there, nor anyhting on JLU or TB. Wherecan I look at them on their website?

It would be really funny if DC Direct put pictures of Mattel figures on their Web Site, then again it would be even funnier if Mattel put pictures of their OWN Batman / JLU figures on their Web Site.:bigeek:
I hope Huntress and Zatanna are either in the same 3 pack or singles. Most of the rest I'll pass on.

These look good for JLU but seems like they could use a little more articulation (not like some of those Marvel figures that look distorted cause they can move their fingers an toes).
I think the toys have a longer shelf life than shows. I mean heck there are still Transformers Beast Wars toys. GI Joe, etc. |
