Bits from the interview:
NRAMA: And you do it well sir?
Okay. You it just occurs there have been rumors and speculation centered on whether it will actually be Bruce Wayne under the Batman cowl come March. But you seem to have already put that speculation aside by your earlier comments.
Just to be sure there is no misunderstanding, can you confirm?
PT: Sure.
Bruce Wayne is Batman.
NRAMA: Hmm, okay, well one at a time.
Robin is mentioned as a prominent player in the solicitation of Batman #651. Can you provide any advance insight into the state of their partnership/relationship when things pick up in March, and as with last question, are you able to say whether or not Tim Drake is still Robin?
PT: First off, yes, Tim will still be Robin.
You don't get it, boy... this isn't a mudhole... it's an operating table.
(crack!)
And I'm the surgeon.

Nightwing could go either way. It is nice to see that they aren't doing the different person under the cowl gimmick again. Knightfall and Prodigal was enough. It loses its suspense because we know Bruce would be back. I really like his opinion on how Batman should be done. I really expect some great things in the coming months. Also great to see that Harvey Dent is coming back.

Yeah, I was glad to read all this a few days ago. His take on Batman is very similar to my own. Really, there are some lines he said that sound like they came straight from my head! The preview art is nice, too. And the KGBeast is back! We haven't seen that guy in years! I hope his characterization is closer to his original appearance, rather than the way he was portrayed in the '90s. They really ruined that character in his subsequent appearances. That's my one gripe with Chuck Dixon. I love pretty much everything he's ever done, but he really ruined the KGBeast.
I'm glad Dent is back, too. It's about time they followed up on his supposed return to mental health, which was revealed oh, 'bout TWO YEARS AGO!! His possession of the scarred coin indicates that his cure is not as complete as claimed, though.
