According to Newsarama, the US postal service will be releasing stamps featuring a variety of DC heroes and comic covers. Click the link to read their article.

'Bout time, those are great. It's neat to see a modern Jim Lee Batman, but I especially like the more classic artwork. Seems to represents DC Comics as more of an important historic aspect. Thanks for posting these.

Well, the Green Lantern is from a mega-classic O'Neil-Adams issue from the '70s, Green Lantern-Green Arrow #76. The Green Arrow one is newer though, same artist that currently does covers for Batman. But yeah, they're all cool.

Just a bump to this thread since the stamps are supposed to be available in post offices in one week on July 21.

I may've mentioned this before, but the other week on The Cobert Report, Stephen Cobert closed the show by talking about these new stamps. He made some pretty funny remarks. I taped it, so maybe I'll get a file of it in the site someday if I get this crap figured out...

I probably would've opted for a couple different art choices for the stamps, but I'd still like to get a complete set of these.
