Corgi has their new catalog up, including images of the next Batmobile series. I'm really happy to see the vehicles they chose this time, including the '68 Comic Batmobile, the Child of Dreams Batmobile, The 2004 Teen Titans Batmobile, the Bat Rocket, Killer Moth's Mothmobile, and one of my favorites, the Batman/Danger Girl car from earlier this year:

All in the usual 1/43 scale, with the B/DG car also available in 1/24. For more details, their catalog is available as a PDF from http://www.corgi-usa.com.

Very nice. I have all of the First WAve, but only a couple from the second wave.

I've seen most of the wave 2 cars, but no place around here seems to have the one that I'm really looking for: the 1/24 1940s car. I'll probably end up going through eBay for it.

Wave 3 looks promising, though. I'm really looking forward to these.

I'm not used to the expensive prices on these. I really did want to get a couple from the earlier series', but I couldn't believe they'd cost more than an action figure. Good to see them releasing all these great variations though anyway.

I love the Corgi Batmobile line. I'm trying to get them all. I have most of them, but I'm still missing a few.

The second reminds me of BTAS and 89 for some reason

February is their scheduled release, but there is usually a pretty big lag between the release and them actually hitting stores (depending on where you live). I'm hoping this wave will be closer to on time; I'm looking forward to it, too.

Man, I can't wait for the Schwartz BatRocket, that new '60's Batmobile, and the Killer Moth Mobile!

There was an internet interview with the Corgi line producer in charge of the Batman license. Basically, she was looking for internet interest for other comics-based Bat vehicles. I wrote in to suggest the Mr. Zero (Mr. Freeze) Ice Cream truck, from his first appearance. It was an ice-cream truck, with a huge ice cream cone on the top of it. The back doors opened up, like a service van. The one imagine I have is where the back doors open up and Mr. Zero/Freeze shoots his ice gun out to Batman.

Now who wouldn't want one of those?

I'm still wanting to get some more of the first two series. I only have two; a 1940's and a 1960's, I haven't opened them yet though, don't know if I ever will. :rol:
