No. It would be a nice touch, but the hat's not removeable. Still a great looking figure, though, and without a single, meaningless accessory. He goes hand-in-hand with the first edition of Harley Quinn of the same line. For those who like to customize their figures, you may want to detail Joker's bomb a little as it's pure red plastic without paint applications.

And since we figure enthusiasts love giving any and all info on the subject at hand, here's the redecoed version from 2001's Spectrum of the Bat, Terrorcast Joker. I don't own one myself, but it's really not a bad looking version...

Here we go. More figure trivia...

Legends of Batman, actually. Crusader Batman saw the first usage of that missle launcher. It's seen a lot of redecoes with the TNBA styled Batman - so much that I don't feel like researching them. It's interesting that they actually incorporated it into that animated card art.

Now I wait for FlaBat to top that... :p

Oh I do like a challenge?

This is one of the more common Launchers used in Batman figures. Yes, that particular Launcher was first used with Crusader Batman in The Legends Of Batman line as well as the Warner Bros. Store Crusader Batman too.

Other appearances are?

Batman: Revenge Of The Penguin 4 Pack as Robin?s Weapon

Batman: Shadows Of Gotham City as Ra?s Al Ghul?s Weapon

Batman: Girls Of Gotham City 4 Pack as Batgirl?s Weapon

Batman: Alliance Of Fear 4 Pack as Batgirl?s Weapon

Legends Of Batman: Ultra Armor Batman

TNBA: 4 Pack (The one with Alfred) as Batman?s Weapon

When I went to check out the bad link, I found a few more...

Gotham City Enforcement Team 4-pack as Batgirl's weapon

Gatekeepers of Gotham City 2-pack as Batman's weapon, judging by it's color scheme

Thanks for pointing out the missing JPG. Looking through the files, a couple are actually missing, but I fixed a few for now (isn't my fault they're bad).

I didn't realize that I have five of that same "Crusader" missle launcher. Who'd have known it got so much mileage...

wow, this sparked something...
reason I ask is cos there's one going on ebay, where the Super Powers and 1989 movie jokers are in abundance, as are the TB Jokers, but the TAS or TNBA jokers are nowhere to be found. I need a severed Joker head to complete my BTAS style Crimson Mist Batman custom. I know he doesn't actually sever Mr. J's head in the book, but he does for all the other rogues apart from Killer Croc, and the killing of Joker was iconic in the story, so I thought the head of the Joker nestled in his left hand would suit perfectly.

EDIT: I bought the Mattel Batman vs. Joker set. Kinda gutting because I've already bought this once and sold the joker lol. ah well. I know it aint on model, but I can use that Joker's head (better than my last resort of repainting the Creeper's head), and the Batman will be good fodder for a custom someday

Should note that Night Spark Joker from the Mission Masters 4 line was also featured in a boxed Mission Masters 4 two pack with a Batman figure with flying gear(At last, I don't remember which 1, but it was from Kenner's old Batman: The Animated Series line). It was the same Joker figure, just packaged in a 2 pack. Unfortuanlly, I haven't found any pictures of this 2 pack at the time, but if I do, I'll post a link here. As well, basing on what I remember from seeing the figure in stores, I should note that Night Spark Joker might have had his knees sculpted to look like they bended, though I may not 100% be sure on that and I could be wrong.

I got the Terrorcast Joker figure when a Toys Toys Toys in Toronto were selling some of the KB Exclusive Batman: Spectrum Of The Bat 2001 figures for less than $5.00 back in the summer of 2004. I like the figure, and it's my 1st Joker figure, espeically since Joker in all his forms(Or rather, the onese I really want) is usually very hard to find due to his popularlity. I got it so that I had a Joker in a trench coat with a hat, a good variant, as well as in good colours when compaired to the Mission Master 4 Night Spark Joker figures I still saw in some stores(The bright green glow in the dark jamies pants is what killed me on this. If they were going to put glow in the dark colours/features on the Joker figure himself, it should of been his vest, flower, maybe the belt of his jacket, and maybe that line part in the hat. Of course, like all the figures in MM4, his eyes and teeth were probably glow in the dark as well, and for all I know, his face could of been too. Man, that would of been a freaky sight, a glow in the dark smlieing face in the Gotham night). And as stated before, the hat isn't removable. If or when I get a regular looking Joker(Whether it's based on the Bruce Timm DC Animaated world, comics, and/or upcoming live action movie), I will have 2 versions: 1 regular Joker, and 1 with a Gangster look thanks to the trench coat and hat. On a sort of related note, I would also like to get that Joker from The Batman line which has him in the more classic clothing and colours with the huge cards(It was currently released in the U.S.) and not the Shadow Tech variant/repaint with orange pants coming out in the near future. That 1 looks so much better than the pervious The Batman Jokers(Although they looked cool, this 1 is my favourite), and the upcoming orange pants 1, cause it has a sort of classic Joker look but still new due to his head design.

And for those who are counting how many times that Batman missiale launcher has been released, all I can say is good luck, cause it's be used many of times, in various Batman Animated Sub-lines and figures, including mass retail, exclusive, and what not.

Heheh. I was just doing a quick skim over TNBA and Batman (Animated) when I came across those other two. Nice catch though; I really thought that was the last of it.

We also skipped over one of the most obvious editions...

Special Edition Crusader Batman (Warner Bros. Store Exclusive)

I like that off-white & dark purple color scheme. I suppose it reminds me of Batman Returns' Artic Batman.

Thank ya. But between FlaBat and me (some of the more knowledgeable Bat-figure enthusiasts around), I think we got about all of 'em now. wink

Thank you for pointing that out, Spidey_Fan; we were missing it here. I'd like to mention that I did not create the Mission Masters archive... But that's still no excuse to ignore its problems. Smile

I did mention the Warner Bros. Store Exclusives in my original post, but I don?t see any of the on the site.

There were 18 repainted Legends Of Batman figures in two different series of figures called Batman Special Edition and Batman Special Legends Edition as well as one repainted Total Justice Fractal Armor Batman (simply named Batman) in a series called DC Super Heroes that also had repaints of Total Justice Robin, Aquaman, Hawkman and Green Arrow figures that were Warner Bros. Store Exclusive figures from 1995 to 1998.

The Warner Bros. Stores closed in the U.S., but I understand that Australia has at least one of them. I wonder did they continue with special figures for the stores after 1998?

Well I did not know about that 2 Pack. I don?t have it as I already have the single figures. Same goes for the other 2 Pack I did know of BATMAN: Mission Masters 4 (2 Pack) Night Shadow BATMAN and Night Fury Robin. I did not see the point of getting it as they are the same figures.

Yeah, between Caleson and myself I think we got all those Launchers rounded up.
