I'm all for an older Robin. Not the "I'm 17 even though I'm being played by a 30 year old" style of the Schumacher films; but more an actual 16-17 year-old. Then he's young but still old enough to drive a car. And that way Batman doesn't get stuck with a child endangerment suit.

the only robin i can see being in the bb franchise is jason todd and only if joker kills him...which would bats remember why he does what he does and that would only work if robin was dark and his costume showed it...he would need to be like 24 years old anyway...a young robin just wont work for this movie franchise and one thats to old cant really be robinrobin 3

how about a college aged robin? but i'm not sure about robin being dark. it would defeat his purpose of being there. robin's there to lighten batman up. think shia in constantine.

i could definitely see it working, but it's no worth waiting or complaining. at least we'll see robin in new froniter. it'll be the closest thing for robin being in a movie. i'll be glad to see him just for 5 minutes.

Here is an idea to introduce Richard Grayson into the series, I dont like Dick, so I used his full name.

1. parents killed by mobster for not paying "Protection" money

2. alone and wanders streets, grows up to about to the age of 21 with nothing but revenge on his mind

3. sees batman in action and gets insperation from a robin.

4. creates a DARK robin suit, but fails miserably due to his clumsyness, saved by bats at a point.

5.Bats takes him in and trains him as a pupil, but runs away because of revenge.

6. creates "Nightwing" costume which is a lot more effective.

7. goes after mobsters who took his parents life, when about to kill them, stopped by Batman.

8. learns that it is not right to kill and moves away on his own to Bluddhaven.

end of story

I know the REAL batman!
