The clash is touch & go... It all comes down to weather Batman has Kryptonite weapons on him or not... Weither Superman would kill Batman or not if given the chance.. Both well capable of killing the other.
Would Supes have it in him to do what it would take to stop Bats?? Kill him??
I believe Batman has what it takes to do whatever is neccessary to kill Supes if he had to..
Supreman has enormous super powers... But would he have the stomache to Kill Batman if he had to..
Batman has no "super powers" yet his RAW Gutz alone are his super power!!
If He had to, Batman would kill Superman.. He would NOT hold back, but would grieve it for the rest of his life..
Batman is the Earths greatest Champion!! But without Superman there would be no Earth in the face of Darkside, Mongal and Brainiac.. Batman could not stop them without Supes.. (the whole JLA may not have either)
If you have to match them up against each other.. Batman kills Superman 7 out of every 10 senarios, if you ask me.
I would just rather that these friends,, stay friends..

The way I look at it is this:
If Superman suddenly flew out of the sky and got in a fight with Batman, he'd win.
But if Superman gave Batman time to prepare (like in DKR), Batman could conceivably gain the upper hand and win.
