PLOT:
Batman made it back to the cave still feeling the after-effects of Narcosis' gas attack. Robin searched, but could come up with no leads on the man. Gordon stationed men at possible targets in attempt to catch him. Batman realized they would have to poison something with a short shelf-life. He took them down at the dairy plant.
