PLOT:
With Batman away, the Joker will play.. and does he ever. The Joker commandeers help and takes over the main computers of Gotham City. In the process, he wreaks havoc on
all automated things including the telephone lines and city employee paychecks.
Then mayhem ensues as the Joker broadcasts his face across every screen in Gotham. He's demanding a meeting with Batman, while Robin is desperately trying to find him!
