PLOT: Robin waded through the sewers en route to Blackgate Prison. Once in, he opened David Cain's cell and drop kicked him. He knew nothing about where Cassandra was. They were met by the League of Assassins at the drop-off spot. By the time Robin was captured, Cassandra showed herself. She'd had Lynx and Nyssa killed after finding out about her twin sister, Annelea. She then killed her as well. Cassandra wanted to recruit Robin so they could be partners killing those who needed to be killed. She put a gun in his hand and told him to kill Cain.
