ISSUE SUMMARY: Nightshade transports Johnny Warlock to a safe holding place, and brings in Blue Devil to help Robin, Ragman and the Veteran's crew with clean-up in the Blüdhaven area. While rescuing trapped civilians and trying to locate Darla Aquista, they begin to encounter various villains who have escaped from a prison where they were being held by the OMACs. Ragman and Blue Devil want to help Darla Aquista stay on the side of good, but they are soon confronted by dozens of angry villains.
